Abstract

The selenium dehydrogenation of man001 (l), when combined with gas chromatography of the product mixture, has already been shown to yield useful information.1 Many of the gas chromatographic peaks in the earlier study were unidentified compounds and this project has been designed to determine the structures of all the major dehydrogenation products. ... Preliminary kinetic investigation showed that man001 (1) had completely reacted with selenium after 5 min at 320". ...
