Abstract

Totally aliphatic compounds of class C (6-10, Rz= alkyl, class C') were therefore synthesized in order to verify whether the C (3)-0 (2)-C (4)-0 (3) moiety could elicit a@-blocking activity in this class of even when not linked to an aromatic group.
