Abstract

Compounds IV and T', in the fashion of a typical adrenolytic, both reverse the pressor effects of epinephrine while abolishing those due to norepinephrine. Compound IT.-like 111, was not active after oral administration, although highly active by the intravenouq route. Compound IT, in dogs, appears, however, to act inairily by a central effect.
