Abstract

A variety of basic N, N', N”-trisubstituted guanidines was prepared and tested for antiinflammatory activity. Compounds with a thiazolylguanidine moiety linked to the 4 position of the 2-methylquinoline ring exhibited fairly high antiinflammatory activity.
