Abstract Thiazolo [5, 4-d] pyrimidines are important class of heterocyclic compounds possessing diverse range of biological activities. Herein, we report an efficient synthesis of thiazolo [5, 4-d] pyrimidines using recyclable KF/alumina catalyst.
