Abstract Radioisotope dilution method with 14 C has shown that there is no significant difference in the γ radiolytic decomposition of the following forms of oxalic acids: dihydrate, anhydrous and freeze-dried. There has been noted, however, a definite difference in the resistance to mixed pile radiation between the dihydrate and anhydrous form of oxalic acid.
