Abstract

This study of the formation and alkylation of anions of al, &disulfone was undertaken to explore the idea that the disulfone moiety might serve as a surrogate for the diphosphate group in prospective inhibitors of the important enzymatic reactions which have substituted diphosphates as substrates.
