The syntheses of four compounds, obtained by the reaction of methylpyruvate thiosemicarbazone (Hmpt) and its methyl (Me-Hmpt) and allyl (Allyl-Hmpt) derivatives with bis (triphenylphosphine) copper (I) acetate, are reported.
