Abstract

Rate coefficients for the title reactions have been measured in a high-temperature fast-flow reactor (HTFFR). Weighted fits give for BCl+ SO2 k (470-1690 K)= 7.7 X 10-22 (T/K) 3.0 exp (- 1680 K/T) cm3 molecule-* sl and for BCl+ N20 k (670-1000 K)= 5.1 X exp (-6340 K/T) cm3 molecule-'sl. 2u accuracy limits are about f25%. Model-based transition-state theory (MTST) is used to calculate rate coefficients for the 0-atom abstraction channels of these reactions, ...
