Abstract

Discussion As in numerous previous instames it is observed that the lowest melting forms of these glycerides are alpha with definite long spacings. Thus present results are in disagreement with those of Malkin, et 06.,~.* on EEE, PEP and SES (but are in essential agreement with Filer, et aZ., 4 on EEE). After dispensing with the vitreous form, there is observed one less form and generally one less melting level than reported by Malkin, et al ...
