Abstract: Carbamyl-l, 3, 2-dioxaphospholenes with pentavalent phosphorus were synthesized from a-ketoaldehydes, iswyanates, and trialkyl phosphites. The phospholenes were converted into phosphate esters of 0-keto-ahydroxyamides.
