Abstract

Eighteen novel neamine–nucleoside conjugates with ethylenediamine–lysine or ethylenediamine–arginine as the linker were synthesized and their potential binding to A site of 16S RNA and TAR RNA was evaluated using SPR (surface plasmon resonance).
