Abstract

Materials and Methods Synthesis of boro-amino acid analogs The synthesis strategy for alkyl side chain D-boro-amino acid analogs was adapted from general procedures for L- boro analogs developed by Matteson, Kettner et al.(14–16) and described previously (11)(Scheme 1). The synthesis strategy used for boroGly pinacol is outlined in Scheme 2.
