Abstract

Abstract Peptidyl olefin peptidomimetics serve as biologically active compounds or as intermediates for other peptidyl isosteres. We developed a chemoenzymatic stereoselective approach to optically active γ-hydroxy sulfones to be assembled into peptidyl olefins by the Julia reaction.
