Abstract

Abstract Novel phenothiazine derivatives bearing an amino acid residue were synthesized via peptide chemistry, and evaluated for their inhibitory potential on human farnesyltransferase. The phenothiazine unit proved to be an important bulky unit in the structure of the synthesized inhibitors.
