Abstract

Series of 3, 4-and 3, 6-disubstituted chromenones including new chromenone derivatives were synthesized applying various synthetic strategies including Pechmann condensation, Knoevenagel condensation, Reimer–Tiemann reaction and Suzuki coupling in very good yields.
