Abstract: Irradiation of 4, 4-dicyclopropylcyclohexenone (5) in tert-butyl alcohol affords only 6, 6-dicyclopropyl-bicyclo [3. lO] hexan-2-one (6) and 3-(dicyclopropylmethyl)-2- cyclopentenone (10).
