Ehrhart described the preparation of I arid its analogs3 and used various diarylalkyl groups as S-substituents of 2-amino-l-phenylpr. opane, emphasizing interest in the S-phenyl-2- aniinopropane section of the iiiolecule. We have studied certain structural changes of I by ietainiiig intact thc 3, 3-diphenylpropyl group and vary-jig only the other substituent on the nitrogen atom.
