Abstract

Abstract A series of stereochemically and structurally diverse fluorogenic and chromogenic substrates for hydrolytic enzymes has been synthesized and used to characterize enzyme activity profiles of esterases, lipases, proteases, peptidases, phosphatases, and epoxide hydrolases.
