Abstract: The palladium-catalyzed carbonylative coupling of vinyl triflates with alkyl-, vinyl-, allyl-, and arylstannanes gives good yields of the cross-coupled ketone products. Regioselectively formed vinyl triflates can be used to produce divinyl ketones as regioisomerically pure compounds.
