Abstract

Rhodium-chiral phosphine complex catalyzed homogeneous hydrogenations of methyl (2)- and (E)-a-acet-amido-4-methoxybut-2-enoates ((Z, E)-lO), methyl (2)-and (E)-2- acetamidohex-2-enoates ((Z, E)-lGA) and methyl (2)-and@')-2-acetamido-4-methylpent-2- enoates ((Z, E)-lGB) are reported.
