Abstract

Tigogenin from Chlorogenone Disemicarbaz0ne.-Sodium (1 g.) was dissolved in 25 cc. of absolute ethanol and 2.7 g. of chlorogenone disemicarbazone was added. The mixture was heated in a bomb tube at 180'for seven hours. The product was poured into water and filtered.
