Abstract

The compounds were evaluated against four isolated enzyme systems: glyceraldehyde-3- phosphate dehydrogenase and lactate dehydrogenase from cytoplasmic glycolysis, and glutamate dehydrogenase and malate dehydrogenase from the mitochondria.
