一种新的14-3-3蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用的非肽抑制剂,促进表达wt Bcr-Abl构建体或T315I突变的细胞的凋亡;诱导表达wt和T315I的Ba/F3细胞的生殖完整性的显着剂量依赖性降低。突变的Bcr-Abl,LD50分别为1.04和1.47 uM;促进c-Abl从14-3-3σ释放,消除细胞质中c-Abl的表达,但对14-3-3σ水平无影响,诱导慢性粒细胞白血病对伊马替尼敏感或耐药的凋亡细胞死亡。
