1.将硫酸铝加入盛有蒸馏水的反应器进行溶解,在搅拌下,加入硫酸钠溶液进行反应。加入除砷剂和除重金属剂进行溶液提纯,过滤除去杂质,把滤液蒸发浓缩,冷却结晶,离心分离,干燥,制得食用硫酸铝钠成品。

2.将35.15g十水硫酸钠Na2SO4·10H2O在34℃下溶于40g水中,而将72.7g十八水硫酸铝Al2(SO4)3·18H2O溶于60g100℃的水中,将两种溶液混合。直接冷却此混合溶液并不能生成矾的结晶。因为在30℃以上析出的是硫酸铝的结晶,而在低于20℃时析出的是硫酸钠的结晶。所以必须将混合溶液浓缩至相对密度为1.3~1.35后,再进行冷却,但不得使温度降到15℃以下。否则若相对密度达到1.4时物料即成泥状。收率可达80%。
