　将溶剂氯苯及对硝基苯乙酮加入反应釜，18℃下滴加少量溴，有溴化氢放出时反应已启动，控制温度在26~28℃滴加溴素，滴完后反应1小时，升温以赶出HBr，后处理即得本品。
