除线磷制备

由2,4-二氯苯酚与O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯反应而得。将840份2,4-二氯苯酚、923份O,O-二乙基硫代磷酰氯投入反应锅，搅拌加热使之溶解。在50℃加入412份50%氢氧化钠水溶液，升温至110℃反应2h。然后将反应物料滴加至124份25%氢氧化钠、1098份水和2410份己烷的混合液中，静置分层，分出己烷层，蒸尽己烷，减压蒸馏收集93-100℃（6.7kPa）馏分即得。
