二苯甲醇制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器的1L反应瓶中，加入二苯酮(2)50g（0.275moPl），500mL（95%）的乙醇，氢氧化钠50g和锌粉50g(0.76mol),剧烈搅拌，慢慢升温至约70℃。3h后，温度降低，过滤，滤渣用热的95%的乙醇洗涤两次(剩余的锌粉不能变得干燥，以免着火)。将滤液倒入2L冰水中，用100mL浓盐酸酸化，析出白色固体。抽滤，空气中干燥，得粗产品二苯甲醇49g，mp65℃。用50mL热乙醇重结晶，并且于冰盐浴中冷却，过滤析出的无色固体，干燥，得纯品二苯甲醇^①(1)36g,mp68℃。母液可回收部分产品。注：①也可用硼氢化钠于95%的乙醇中还原二苯酮来制备二苯甲醇，收率90%左右。
