亮氨酸脱氢酶用途

亮氨酸脱氢酶可以从芽孢杆菌球体中纯化。亮氨酸脱氢酶催化L-亮氨酸、L-缬氨酸、L-异亮氨酸、L-去甲缬氨酸、左旋α-氨基丁酸酯和L-去甲亮氨酸的氧化脱氨,以及其酮类似物的还原胺化[1]。
