嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶用途

嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶是嘌呤代谢中的一种关键酶,参与嘌呤拯救途径。嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶的缺乏导致T细胞功能受损。在无机正磷酸盐作为第二底物的存在下,嘌呤核苷磷酸化酶催化核糖和脱氧核糖核苷之间糖苷键的断裂,生成嘌呤碱和核糖(脱氧核糖)-1-磷酸[1]。
