Thyroglobulin 是一种 660 kDa 的二聚体糖蛋白,由甲状腺滤泡细胞产生,完全在甲状腺内使用。Thyroglobulin 可以作为合成甲状腺激素甲状腺素 (T4) 和三碘甲状腺原氨酸 (T3) 的底物,以及在甲状腺滤泡的滤泡腔内储存非活性形式的甲状腺激素和碘。
