1-硝基萘合成路线

1-硝基萘制备

由萘经硝化而得。在实际工业生产中，反应所需的混酸，一部分可重复套用。将上批硝化所得的废酸600kg加入搪玻璃反应锅中，冷却下再加入300kg98%硫酸和793kg100%硝酸，将其进行搅拌配制成混酸待用。在反应锅中加入800kg上次硝化的废酸，投入1550kg精萘和上述配制的混酸，精萘和混酸分三次交叉加入，温度控制在50-55℃。加毕，升温至65℃，保温3h。取样检查终点，凝固点≥51℃时，分出硝化废酸。用热水将反应物洗至中性，即得1-硝基萘。
