石油醚制备

1.工业石油醚中含有不饱和烃、芳香烃、硫化物、酸性物质和不挥发物等杂质。精制时用浓硫酸（98%~99%）洗涤至颜色消失，再用碱、水依次洗涤，脱水剂干燥后精馏。也可在浓硫酸洗涤后，再将石油醚用溶于10%硫酸中的高锰酸钾饱和溶液洗涤，直到水层中的紫色不再消失为止。然后用水洗涤，脱水剂干燥、蒸馏。用作脱水剂的有无水硫酸钠、五氧化二磷、金属钠和氯化钙等。

2. 以溶剂油为原料，依次用浓硫酸、含有0.1mol/L高锰酸钾的20%的硫酸溶液、10%～15%的碱溶液和蒸馏水进行洗涤，分别除去内含的芳香烃化合物、烯烃化合物、酸洗带入的游离酸和碱洗带入的游离碱。然后进行精馏，摘除少量头液，按所需沸程收集馏分，即得石油醚成品。
