【用途一】
该品为主增塑剂,有很好的阻燃性、防霉性、耐磨性,挥发性低、电气性能好。主要用于聚氯乙烯电缆料、人造革、动输带、薄板、地板料等,也可用于氯丁橡胶。在粘胶纤维中作增塑剂和防腐剂。该品有毒,对中枢神经有毒害作用,不可用于食品和医药包装材料、奶嘴、儿童玩具等。

邻磷酸三甲酚酯合成路线

邻磷酸三甲酚酯制备

【方法一】
以邻甲酚(或混合甲酚)为原料,与三氯化磷混合,于40℃左右反应半小时,反应放出氯化氢而得到亚酯。通氯氧化,将亚酯转化为酰氯酯,然后于50℃左右滴水水解成为磷酸三甲酚酯,经中和洗涤、蒸发脱水、减压蒸馏,即获得成品。
