氯化镉制备

1.海绵镉法将海绵镉加热熔化,浇入冷水,制成镉花,然后与盐酸进行反应生成氯化镉溶液,加入高锰酸钾除去溶液中铁等杂质,再经澄清,把清液送去蒸发浓缩、冷却结晶、离心分离,制得氯化镉成品。其反应方程式如下:

2.(光谱纯学)将250ml高纯浓盐酸慢慢加入120g高纯金属镉中,待反应速度缓慢时用电炉微微加热。反应结束后加入100ml电导水进行稀释,过夜,用4*砂芯漏斗滤去过量镉。蒸发浓缩至结晶薄膜形成,冷却结晶,于真空干燥器中进行干燥,得光谱纯氯化镉成品。 3.将氯化镉在低于34℃的温度下,从水溶液中结晶析出,所得产物即为CdCl2·2.5H2O。 4.将等摩尔的硫酸镉溶液和氯酸钡溶液混合。然后过滤并离心分离,得到没有硫酸钡悬浮的澄清溶液。将所得溶液浓缩,析出结晶。因为晶体容易潮解,所以要用五氧化二磷真空干燥2天。 5. 在相对密度为1.19的化学纯盐酸中,一点一点地加入颗粒状工业品 ( 或化学纯)镉: 反应停止后,应有未反应的过量镉存在。加热反应物至40~60℃,分离剩余镉与上层清液,然后在清液中加入少量3%过氧化氢,煮沸5~10min狀 ( 使 Fe 2+离子氧化沉淀) ,略经冷却后,加入稍稍过量的碳酸镉中和游离酸,并加热至80~90℃。静置,滤去过量的碳酸镉和氢氧化铁。滤液用盐酸酸化至ph=3~4后,蒸发浓缩至出现结晶薄膜、冷却到15~20℃结晶 ( 必要时加入少量氯化镉作为晶种) ,析出的结晶离心甩干,在温度低于33℃条件下干燥,即得成品氯化镉。若得到的成品不是纯白色,则可用水重结晶。
