氯化镁合成路线

氯化镁制备

1.由海水制盐时的副产物卤水，经浓缩成光卤石(KCl.MgCI?6H₂O)溶液，冷却后除去氯化钾，再浓缩、过滤、冷却、结晶而得。
氧化镁或碳酸镁用盐酸溶解、取代而得。
无水氯化镁由氯化镁铵加热脱氨而得

2.无水氯化镁可由氯化铵和六水合氯化镁的混合物，或由氯化铵——六水合氯化镁的复盐在氯化氢气流中脱水而制成。

将等摩尔的MgCl2·6H2O和NH4Cl溶于水，在温度稍高于50℃的水溶液中以复盐形式结晶出来，保持原来温度与母液分开。再进行一次重结晶。

稍加干燥趁热装入石英舟中，将舟放在石英管中进行脱水操作，通入干燥的氯化氢气体，同时升温至100℃脱水3h，再升温至250℃ 1h，然后再升温至400℃ 1h，最后在短时间内熔融，并通CO2气体以驱逐HCl气体，得到的无水氯化镁可保存在五氧化二磷的保干器中。

也可将复盐NH4Cl·MgCl2·6H2O放在真空炉内，在减压下加热至200℃脱水，这样氯化氢气体的用量可以减少。
