【用途一】
用作印染精漂助剂、软水剂等
【用途二】
用作电镀液中铜的络合剂。机械加工中用作除锈剂。与保险粉配制漂毛助剂,羊毛脱脂剂。植物纤维漂白、印染和精漂时的助剂。用于合成洗涤剂作助洗剂。在生产牙膏用磷酸氢钙时加入适量的焦磷酸钠使形成胶体,起稳定作用。化工生产中用作分散剂和乳化剂。水处理中作软水剂,锅炉除垢剂。是生产其他焦磷酸盐的原料。
【用途三】
用于罐头、果汁饮料、奶制品、豆乳等,作品质改良剂。通常多与其他缩合磷酸盐配成制剂使用。
【用途四】
作品质改良剂,有提高食品的络合金属离子、pH值、增加离子强度等的作用,由此改善食品的结着力和持水性。我国规定可用于乳制品、禽鱼制品、肉制品、冰淇淋和方便面,最大使用量5.0g/kg;在罐头、果汁(味)饮料类和植物蛋白饮料中最大使用量为1.0g/kg。作增白剂用于复配薯类淀粉,最大使用量0.025g/kg。

无水焦磷酸钠制备

1.干燥聚合两步法 将纯碱加入中和器,在搅拌下加热溶解,加入磷酸进行中和反应生成磷酸氢二钠。控制反应终点Ph 8.2~8.6,反应后溶液的浓度须不低于40°Bé(相对密度1.383)。进行脱色过滤。将磷酸氢二钠溶液浓缩到48°Bé(相对密度1.498)。送到刮片机制成无水磷酸氢二钠薄片。将磷酸氢二钠薄片送到箱式聚合炉中加热聚合,控制物料温度在160~240℃之间。聚合完全的焦磷酸钠经冷却后粉碎,一般通过60目筛,制得无水焦磷酸钠成品。
在两步法生产无水焦磷酸钠的工艺中,可以将磷酸氢二钠的干燥设备改为喷雾干燥塔,将聚合设备改为回转聚合炉,则更适合于大规模的连续化生产。其

2.干燥聚合一步法 用高温气体从沸腾聚合炉的下部通入,通过筛板进入炉腔的固定料层,料层由干燥后初步煅烧聚合的磷酸氢二钠固体颗粒组成。物料在此进一步加热聚合,生成焦磷酸钠成品,连续地从筛板上部出料口排出。加热气体继续上行,通过炉腔的沸腾层。被初步干燥的磷酸氢二钠,与还未干燥的磷酸氢二钠在此上下浮动,发生混合、干燥、聚合等几个过程,制得无水焦磷酸钠成品。
尾气夹带部分小粒固体物料从炉顶排出,尾气经旋风分离器处理,收集下部分固体物料,返回沸腾层。其
3.将磷酸氢二钠加热至500℃,脱水5h,可得到纯度在98%以上的焦磷酸钠。精制法是在水溶液中反复重结晶后,在铂坩埚中于500℃以上煅烧2~3h可得无水物。
