1.八碘化三铁法 按碘:铁屑=3.3:1的质量比,先将洗净的铁屑加入反应器内,再加水,加水量与铁屑质量比为7:1。分批加入碘片,由于碘和铁反应时产生大量的热,在反应器外需用冷水冷却,使其温度低于65℃。加入碘片后溶液呈深红棕色,待溶液呈淡绿色后,加入第二批碘,过滤除去铁屑,再加入碘反应生成八碘化三铁。在容器中加入碳酸氢钠溶液,在搅拌下缓慢加入八碘化三铁进行反应,此时有二氧化碳气体逸出。反应溶液经静置,吸出上层清液,蒸发浓缩至70~72°Bé,趁热过滤,经冷却结晶、离心分离、干燥,制得碘化钠成品。其
2.铁屑还原法 取理论量的:100%~103%烧碱,加水稀释成10%溶液,于反应器中加热至60~80℃,在搅拌下分次加入定量碘,于80~90℃保温搅拌反应约1h,反应液为棕色,Ph值为6~7,同时有碘酸钠的白色结晶析出。将反应液降温至30℃以下,加入2倍于理论量的铁屑使碘酸钠还原成碘化钠。开始反应较剧烈,待反应缓和后,加热煮沸,继续搅拌反应1~2h,然后用10%烧碱溶液调节Ph值为8,煮沸30min,经冷却、静置过滤,将无色透明滤液蒸发浓缩、析出结晶,再趁热过滤、干燥,制得碘化钠成品。其
3.精制的碳酸氢钠与纯的氢碘酸反应,制得碘化钠溶液。制得的碘化钠溶液呈微碱性。添加微量的碘使呈微黄色,煮沸,再向其中加入硫氢酸,至黄色消失,加热浓缩,放冷则二水合碘化钠的结晶析出。将此二水合物放在蒸发皿上,加少量水使其溶解,加碘使溶液微黄,加热煮沸,开始沸腾时加1~2滴H2S,直至黄色消失,继续加热浓缩,即有无水碘化钠析出。倾去母液,边搅拌边小火加热至水气蒸干,将无水NaI在干燥箱中105℃干燥1~2h之后,再移入盛有碘化钙CaI2的干燥器中冷却。如要除去NaI粉末中的空气和水分,还要加入固体碘化铵NH4I(5%~10%)之后,在氢气流中加热以逐出空气与水,再加热至700℃使其熔融。这样可得到较纯的无水碘化钠。

4.将试剂氢氧化钠加水稀释为10%的溶液,加热至70~80℃,在搅拌下分次少量加入固体碘进行反应:

当溶液对酚酞呈弱碱性时停止加碘。于70~80℃反应温度下保温1h,得棕色反应液,反应终点时pH=6~7,无固体碘。但有白色碘酸钠结晶析出。将反应液冷至10~20℃,加入理论量2倍的铁屑或铁条,搅拌下使碘酸钠还原为碘化钠:

待反应缓和些,加热煮沸,继续搅拌反应1~2h,用硫酸检验还原完全后加入氢氧化钠溶液至ph=8,继续煮沸0.5h,根据重金属含量,加入适量硫化氢溶液,待沉淀不再析出,冷却静置过滤。滤液加热蒸发至形成结晶薄膜冷却结晶,离心甩干,最后在70~90℃下干燥,得二水合碘化钠。若要获得无水物,则在蒸发浓缩后,温度维持在40℃以上,析出结晶然后趁热过滤、干燥。
