三甲基铝制备

1.本品可由金属铝与二甲基汞加热制得；或由金属铝与卤甲烷制成三卤代三甲基二铝，然后再与金属钠反应制得。

2.采用Zn、EtBr和EtI在Cu盐和催化剂存在下进行反应生成的EtZnX(X=Br、I)，加热使其转化为二乙基锌，经蒸馏分离、纯化即可。

3.铝粉与碘甲烷反应生成碘化甲基铝，在干燥的癸烷液中与钾钠合金反应生成三甲基铝粗品。将粗品三甲基铝与癸烷混合物进行减压或常压蒸馏，即可得到高纯物。
