铯合成路线

铯制备

真空蒸馏法提纯首先用扩散泵把装置抽成真空，将整个装置从A至E加热至400～450℃，使其干燥数小时。然后把提纯的氩气充满整个装置，切开A处，将装有带挥发油的金属铯的容器送人管B中，待挥发油蒸发后，把管B再次封住，将装置抽成真空(≤10^-6托)，用电炉在E附近进行加热，使铯在管D蒸馏析出。靠装置旋转，使熔融的铯从管D流到安瓿中，冷却后，装置充满氩气，将安瓿熔融物切断，制得高纯铯。
