[体外研究]

Stepronin(0.1-100µM;20分钟)以剂量依赖性方式诱导犬气管上皮中ISOP(异丙肾上腺素)诱发的SCC(短路电流)值显著降低[1]。Stepronin(10-100µM;20分钟)以剂量依赖性方式显著抑制犬气管上皮细胞的基础分泌和ISOP诱发的PD(电位差)值[1]。Stepronin(100µM;20分钟)显著抑制ISOP诱导的粘膜下腺体[3H]-糖缀合物分泌[1]。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系:犬气管上皮(来自成年和10至25 kg体重的男女杂种狗)浓度:0.1-100µM;10-100µM培养时间:20分钟(治疗前)结果:显著抑制ISOP诱导的SCC和PD值以及基础分泌。细胞活力测定[1]细胞系:粘膜下腺(来自成年和10至25 kg体重的男女杂种狗)浓度:100µM培养时间:20分钟(治疗前)结果:显著抑制ISOP诱导的[3H]-糖缀合物分泌。
