三正丁基氢化锡制备

1.制四正丁基锡〔2〕
在安装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器和滴液漏斗的1升三颈烧瓶中,放入由8摩尔钠制成的钠砂和适量石油醚加热至沸。在搅拌下,从滴液漏斗中慢慢地加入1摩尔无水四氯化锡和4摩尔1一氯丁烷的混合物,历时约30分钟。反应很快就开始,停止外部加热,在0.5-1.5小时内反应热使混合物沸腾(45-70℃)。
在沸腾后,继续搅摔4一6小时,然后将反应混合物冷至室温。吸滤。用石油醚洗涤滤饼(含氯化钠和少量未反应的钠)。在常压下蒸馏滤液以除去溶剂。残余物为粗四正丁基锡,将其在真空下蒸馏,产率64%。
用正丁基溴化镁与无水四氛化锡反应,也可制得四正丁基锡
2.制三正于基氛化锡
将四正丁基锡和129克(58毫升)无水四氯化锡的混合物加热至220一230℃,历1.5小时。然后冷却,先在空气中冷至约100℃,在水中冷至30℃。冷却过程约需45分钟。再加热至220-230℃1.5小时。过滤反应混合物,将滤液在真空下蒸馏,收集I40-152℃/10mm馏分,得680g.

3.制氢化三正丁基踢
此步反应在通风橱内氮气流下进行。将19.2克(0.059摩尔)三正丁基氯化锡和140毫升乙二醇二甲醚<预先氢化钙处理分馏)在250毫升恒压漏斗中轻轻摇动,使三正丁基氯化锡完全溶解。
也在通风橱巾将装有磁搅拌子的1升三颈烧瓶夹持在铝锅中,然后将铝锅和烧瓶放在电磁搅拌器上,在烧瓶两侧的颈口上安装气体导入管和导出管。在反应过程中不断通入无氧的干燥氮气。导出管的外端与矿油计泡器相连接,通入氮气数分钟之后,由中口加入6.2克(0 .16摩尔)粉末状氢化硼钠,接着加入230毫升纯乙二醇二甲醚。然后把装有三正丁基氯化锡溶液的滴液漏斗装在中间瓶口上,将干冰一丙酮(或冰一盐)加到铝锅中使反应物保持在一11至一10℃。冷却30分钟。在激烈搅拌下于30分钟内滴入兰正丁基氯化锡溶液,即生成白色氯化钠沉淀,滴加完后,让反应混合物在-11至10℃静置10-15分钟。不用过滤,在氮气流下,将全部反应混合物趁冷转移到1升园底烧瓶中。将烧瓶连接于旋转蒸发器_.}井浸入保持在0℃的冷浴内,蒸发器的接受瓶 (1升园底烧瓶)则浸入一80℃的干冰一丙酮浴中。 然后将蒸发器与高真空系统相连接,并通过泳持-196℃真空阱浸在盛液氮的Dewar瓶中),不断抽真空使反应物蒸发‘蒸发出的副产物乙硼烷收集在一196℃的冷阱中。蒸馏完毕,谊系统中充入氮气至常压。乙硼烷用下述方法分解:快速通入氮气流子这只一196℃的冷f}},再进入与之相串联的一个气密性的冷阱(200-250毫升)和两个各盛100-200毫升丙酮的气体吸收瓶中。让这只一196℃的冷阱缓慢升温至室温,乙硼烷即被氮气流带入丙酬中。生成的二异丙氧基硼烷则用流水分解成无害的硼酸和氢气。
从旋转蒸发器上取下蒸馏瓶。在氮才〔流下,用3份每份25毫升无过氧化物的无水乙醚提取残余物(最好是蒸干的)。乙醚提取物在氮气流下用干燥的砂芯漏斗过滤,滤液在0℃和1m m以下蒸发30-4 0分钟以除去乙醚。得到无色液体产物16.5克(96%)
