Aldehyde oxidase[1]


[体外研究]

异香草醛不是醛氧化酶的底物,因此它主要通过醛脱氢酶代谢为异香草酸[1]。异香草醛是由5-HT诱导的回肠收缩的松弛剂(IC50 = 356±50μM)[2]。

[体内研究]

异丙肾上腺素(2 mg/kg和5 mg/kg)和异乙酰旺龙(2 mg/kg&5 mg/kg)均对胃肠道有抗腹泻和抗运动作用[3]。
