2-氯丙酸制备

1.由丙酸氯化而得。

2.制法：

于装有搅拌器、温度计、回流冷凝器（连一道气管至氯化氢气吸收装置）、通气导管（伸入瓶底）的反应瓶（预先称重）中，加入丙酸（2）148g（2mol），三氯化磷1.5g，加热至100～110℃，慢慢通入氯气，保持反应℃在105～110℃之间。直至质量增加约70g，大约需要5h。蒸馏，先用水泵减压抽出来未反应的氯气和氯化氢气体，再收集82～85℃/1.6kPa的馏分。得2-氯丙酸（1）160g，收率74.5%。
