顺乌头酸制备

1.制法：

于装有搅拌器、回流冷凝器的1L反应瓶中，加入105mL水，210g(115mL)浓硫酸，搅拌下加入含1个结晶水的柠檬酸(2)210g（1mol），于140～145℃的油浴中加热反应7h，得浅棕色溶液。稍冷后倒入搪瓷盘中，不断搅动下冷却至40～45℃，析出固体。抽滤，将固体物加到预先在冰浴中冷却的70mL浓盐酸中，搅成糊状。抽滤，用冷的冰乙酸洗涤两次，抽干后，干燥器中干燥，得无色结晶状3-羟基戊烯-2-二酸(1)71～77g,收率41%～44%。
