在通风橱中,在50mL锥形烧瓶中加入5mL浓硝酸,并用冰水浴冷却,小心加入15mL浓硫酸。然后将烧瓶加热至85~90℃,在约1min内,将2.0mL(3.0g、0.19mol)溴苯分3~4次加入,每次加完后都要旋摇烧瓶。反应温度升至130~135℃,反应持续5min,并间歇旋摇烧瓶。然后冷却至室温,将反应混合物倒入100g冰水中,搅拌至产品结块。将大块弄碎,并经过滤收集粗产品。然后依次用冷水、NaHCO3溶液、冷水冲洗,将其溶于50mL热
的95%乙醇中进行重结晶。由于产品可能以油状物分离出来,允许冷却此混合物。一旦油状物出现,可以强烈旋摇混合物促进结晶。当开始结晶时,用冷水冷却,然后用冰水浴冷却,结晶约5min内完成。产品用吸滤法收集,最终产物用少量冷乙醇冲洗,得到3.3g产品,熔点69~71℃。
