【方法一】
由6-硝基喹啉还原而得。将6-硝基喹啉研细，投入还原锅内，逐渐加入硫化铵，同时搅拌，升温到90℃，回流1.5h。冷却至80℃排氨，防止冲料，排氨1h。滴加30%盐酸酸化使pH为3以下，静置1h，待硫完全析出后，倾出清液，静置，将沉淀用适量水洗涤，过滤，将滤饼并入清液，加30%氢氧化钠调节pH至13-14，静置2h。过滤，用10℃水洗涤至pH=8-9。将滤饼加热溶于50%乙醇中，用活性炭脱色，过滤，滤液倾入水中，冷却结晶，过滤，在60℃以下真空干燥，得6-氨基喹啉。
