十六烷基三甲基溴化铵制备

1.先由十六醇和溴素在红磷催化作用下反应下制得溴代十六烷,再和三甲胺季铵反应即可。

2. 搅拌下将十六醇和红磷水浴加热混合溶解后,滴加溴,控制温度不超过100℃,加完后升温至100℃赶溴化氢气体,然后冷却,并将反应液倒入水中,搅拌使温度为30~40℃,静置分层,收集油层,用5%的碳酸钠溶液洗涤至中性,用无水硫酸钠干燥,过滤所得滤液减压蒸馏,收集1.33MPa下的191~210℃馏分,为溴代十六烷。先将三甲胺水溶液加热产生的三甲胺气体通入已过滤的工业丙酮中,制成三甲胺丙酮溶液 ( 每升丙酮吸收67g三甲胺) ,然后加入溴代十六烷与丙酮的混合液 ( 溴代十六烷∶丙酮 = 1kg∶1L) 。混合均匀后慢慢加热至30℃反应半小时,再慢慢加热至40℃。然后冷却结晶,过滤,抽干后,用丙酮泡洗结晶一次,再抽干,于80℃下干燥,即为成品。

4.主要采用季铵化法。以十六醇和氢溴酸为原料,在硫酸催化剂存在下,先进行溴化反应,生成溴代十六烷,然后与三甲胺进行季铵化反应而得。

5.溴化三甲基十六烷基铵有两种合成方法。将三甲胺制成丙酮溶液,在搅拌下滴加溴代十六烷,保温反应1h,冷却、结晶、提纯、甩干、干燥后即得产品。反应式如下:
