甲基红制备

1.由邻氨基苯甲酸重氮化后，与N，N-二甲基苯胺反应而得。

2.在5kg邻氨基苯甲酸中加入12kg水和9.1L工业盐酸，搅拌使之充分混匀，然后直接加冰冷至0℃：

将事先配制好的34%的工业亚硝酸钠溶液（8kg），在搅拌下缓慢加到盛有邻氨基苯甲酸盐酸盐容器的底部，进行重氮化反应，控制反应温度在0～5℃：

亚硝酸钠溶液用去5kg左右时，开始不断用淀粉碘化钾试纸和刚果红试纸分别检验至变蓝，停止加入亚硝酸钠溶液，继续搅拌10min，再行检验，仍为蓝色，反应即达终点。之后，加入40g尿素与60ml水混合成的溶液。半小时后，在快速搅拌下加入6.1L二甲基苯胺，同时，补加冰使溶液温度保持在0～5℃，搅拌2～3H，加入5kg结晶醋酸钠，继续搅拌3～4h：

静置过夜，吸滤。所得结晶中分次加入150kg水和2.5kg碳酸钠，用蒸汽加热后过滤，滤液中加入1∶ 1的盐酸溶液至刚果红试纸变蓝，析出的大量结晶，吸干后，加入6倍的纯水，蒸汽加热，再加入1∶ 1的盐酸溶液，吸干，检验合格后，加入3倍的乙醇，回流3～ 4h，冷却后结晶即为成品。
