Ochratoxin B 是 Aspergillus ochraceus 的次级代谢产物,是霉菌毒素 Ochratoxin A 的非氯化类似物。Ochratoxin B 已被证明可降低 Ochratoxin A 的毒性作用,它是啮齿动物中最有效的肾脏致癌物质之一。
